The company evolved from a small business which supplied only the raw materials to manufacturers. Over the years it has grown into a sizeable,smooth-running operation which produces many value-added and contract packed goods ready for the end user. We have also developed a top quality range of cryovaced (fresh or frozen) cooked chicken lines, together with our Ferguson Valley Country Chicken range of barn-raised, hormone-free, value-added chicken products. In 2009 we added a new line of Ferguson Valley FREE RANGE Chicken to meet the demands of the market as well as a whole bird operation.

The Directors of Finesse Foods, John Finlayson, Wayne Watterson and Darrin Finlayson have a cumulative eighty nine years hands-on experience in the food industry. Their expertise covers all areas including factory production, marketing, supervision, retailing and administration.
