Traineeships are offered to all staff across a variety of areas depending on your interest. These traineeships are open to be applied for by all employees after an initial assessment period.

Factory staff generally start in a casual pool gaining fill in shifts and then become a regular part of the working roster as their skills develop and attitude is assessed. Most roles operate 9.5 hours per day over 4 days (38 hours per week) with the working hours of 6am through until 4pm.
