Finesse Foods currently operates two separate work sites, an Abattoir in Dardanup and a Processing Plant in Bunbury (also headoffice). We employee a variety of staff across a spectrum of roles including;

We are always on the look out for exceptional new staff to help us grow our business. We have a diverse worker base consisting of an equal split of genders, nationalities and ages. Fostering a family friendly work environment we hire based on skills and ability above anything else.

 

There is an expectation that all staff work in a way that follows our philosophy of safety first for both our workers and our customers through our product integrity. All vacancies are first sought to be filled with existing staff before seeking applicants from outside of the business. Traineeships are offered to all staff across a variety of areas depending on your interest. These traineeships are open to be applied for by all employees after an initial assessment period.

 

Factory staff generally start in a casual pool gaining fill in shifts and then become a regular part of the working roster as their skills develop and attitude is assessed. Most roles operate 9.5 hours per day over 4 days (38 hours per week) with the working hours of 6am through until 4pm.
