Are our chickens kept in cages?

No. Cages are only used for animal welfare during transport. All of our products are either raised in OPEN SPACIOUS BARNS or FREE RANGE.

Do our chickens contain any hormones or steroids?

No. The use of Hormones on chickens has been illegal for some time. Finesse Foods does not include any antibiotics in any of its chicken feed.

Are our products Halal Certified?

Yes, our products are produced in a way that is consistant with Halal guidelines. For further information please see our quality section.

If a chicken is sick can you catch their disease?

The majority of illnesses carried by chickens cannot pass to humans and the remaining organisms that are carried by chickens which could cause illness in humans are removed if the chicken is handled and cooked properly.
